Pumpkin Pie Shake
1 cup grated raw pumpkin, cooked in
microwave for 3 minutes or 1/2 cup
canned pumpkin, non flavored
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup whole or 2% milk
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
whipped cream for topping
Combine milk, ice cream, pumpkin,
and pumpkin pie spice in blender.
Blend until smooth. Pour into a
tall glass and top with whipped
cream. Sprinkle pumpkin pie
spice or cinnamon on top.
Ooooh...super creamy and yum!
